1970 Plymouth AAR 'Cuda

The car in this month's photograph is a 1970 'Cuda AAR that we have seen at several shows in the Spokane area over the past few years.

It is still the original "Deep Burnt Orange Irid" and from what I can recall has approximately 36,000 original miles on it.   The car is bone stock, with the exception of a polished rad and orange fog lights (instead of the usual clear driving lights).

The owner says the purchase price of the 'Cuda brand new was $3,164 - $4,000. It still has the original 340 six pak available only in the '70 Challenger T/A's and 'Cuda AAR's. I believe the owner told me the car was unrestored, but in any case it gives a pretty clear picture of what it was like in 1970.
