1970 Dodge Charger R/T

Hello, my name is Dan McLean. My wife, Vonda, my two children and I live in Lloydminster where I am employed as the Process Manager at United Oilseed Products, a Canola crushing plant.

In 1975, I purchased this 1970 Charger R/T while living in Calgary. I drove the car daily for two years then had it repainted and have only driven it on special occasions since. In 1985 while participating in a small town parade with a local car club, the front fender was bumped by accident.

This prompted me to begin to search for and collect any damaged or missing parts for the car so that it can be fully restored to a higher level of quality.

The car has about 89,000 miles on it, is equipped with a 440-4bbl, automatic transmission and has the serial number XS29U0G_. As far as I know, I am the third owner, but I know nothing of the car's original origin or owner.
